Roller Calender Slitting Integrated Machine This equipment is used for the precision rolling and slitting of lithium-ion battery positive and negative electrode sheets. It mainly consists of an automatic unwinding section, dust and iron removal section, feeding tension and wrinkle removal section, rolling section, discharge tension and wrinkle removal section, laser thickness measurement section, traction and slitting section, automatic rewinding section, and electrical control section. After the material is unwound, it passes through the dust and iron removal device, feeding tension, and enters the rolling main machine. The rolled electrode sheet undergoes online thickness monitoring through a laser thickness gauge, then enters the slitting process, and finally is neatly rewound through the automatic rewinding mechanism. The equipment operates stably and reliably.
