Conductive Fabric Electroplating Wire
Conductive (shielding) fabric is a material that integrates both conductivity and electromagnetic shielding functions. It is based on ultra-thin fiber cloth as a substrate, which, after surface pretreatment, is first coated with Ni-Cu metal layers sequentially using a vacuum method, and then further processed through electroplating of Ni-Cu to form a composite metal film material. This conductive (shielding) fabric composite material has characteristics such as strong adhesion of the metal film, good curing properties, and high electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. It is mainly applied widely in electromagnetic shielding, anti-static, and grounding scenarios, such as electronic product displays and frames, automated high-frequency equipment, medical instruments, as well as electronic products, military and defense equipment, and aerospace fields.
